Hi Kyle, re "I do not consider that to be a similiar scenario" , why does that not surprise me? Can you explain why it's not similiar, would you place shares to a party that you knew had been selling down in an attempt to get shares cheaper or would you prefer to place them to someone who had held or has been buying more.
I would suggest that if they aren't looking through the register to determine who is selling then perhaps they are not doing their job. But that is just all IMHO of course.
