Names little I was thinking the exact same regarding Kyle's comments.
I owned a parcel of shares in PLS (let's say 5k) and probably a day or two before the announcement I purchased another larger amount (say 10k).
I asked for the maximum PLS at .35 (from memory), PLS when deciding the allocation only gave me a % of shares that were proportionate to my longer term hold and didn't provide any more based on the recent purchase.
Come to think of it they also had announced Finance, unlike VRC though, I believe the Finance came first? Anyway maybe you can clarify. You make a good point though.
