Yes i agree. This is devastating news from going from "we dont need to do a cap raise" to 5 weeks later desperately looking for money.
Who on earth would give money to them knowing all this does is delay the inevitable...... V.A
The massive dilution to come with this cap raise being priced well below decades low will devaste the share price if it ever trades again.
My god how can the VRC cheer squad be so wrong for so long .
