That may be your interpretation but it's not others, including @thegoodoil21 who participated in the note and told you something completely different.
You can spin it any way you like but VRC is 1.7 cents, raising money at 12 month lows and still haven't demonstrated that a 20ktpa operation will work.
By the way where is @Bigmouthfrog, he is normally telling me that I'm wrong. Perhaps he sold.
