They do seem a bit trigger happy on the trading halts. Perhaps with this being a new and proprietary technology then every published milestone is material, even when they don't affect market price.
Regardless, until there is more than three satellites then this won't get a big boost. If they can raise the money needed for the 200 from debt instead of equity then that would have a good impact on share price as it would demonstrate a new level of corporate robustness. Otherwise it's just all price on promise.
