Well James , In My Opinion ,
They have to move the 3 Diamonds into an Equatorial Orbit so the Customer Target base can
1 come on board
2 Test out the Communication potential , whilst the 3 Diamonds are in their reception Zone
3 And grow the potential Customer Interest
