One thing is for sure, they used the word "major milestone" in the announcement, which to me suggest positive news.

Agree, SAS needs to work out when it is best to release the news but they cannot control its macro environment. If not revenue related, likely to relate to a potential partnership or even JV for its 200+ nano-satelittes. Think long-term, stay put and you will come out good with this stock.
