yeah agree if AUZ did not meet DFS milestone MLM would the retain 100% and AUZ 0% but assume AUZ do and think we can expect very positive for the MLM 50% value would be very high and expect many multiples more that $5m combined cash and AUZ shares.
other questions to be answered hope in coming ASX release is need MLM shareholders approval for sale of sconi? and if sale can we SH expect major proceeds distribution to shareholders since no more upside on sconi? since 50% Bauxite already fully funded and cash flow coming months no need extra cash best consider SH, like tax free dividend.
