Together with the price drop last week I must say I do not like this message! Given the unexpected drop last week it is clear that the market learned of this and did not like it.
Also really do not understand it. We do not need the money and we fully own Sconi. Then the guys working on it approach us to buy it and we sell!? I the ones who are exploring it come up to you that they want to buy it they must have liked what they saw, and you sell it for a very good price. Or even better you hang on to it. You do not sell it for an apple and an egg which is what seems to be happening....
Strange dealings.... AUZ doing a CR to get the 3.5m$, must be very confident they get it.... Seems AUZ has found a rich partner, and we are being sold short! Wonder what happens with our AUZ share deal if AUZ is taken over in the mean time by a bigger player...
