    Hmm, that is a good point! This is the AUZ side of the proposal which explains why that side is very happy and we are not. But a real deal was struck it seems. Hope for better terms that those which are around now. Especially the share deal is bad. Getting the option to buy 1.5m$ of shares at todays 30-day VWAP after they have done the DFS would be a good and fair deal I think.
