I've read it again and again and they are only offering 10 Million which is the equivalence to 50% of current agreement, but the option to except 1.5 million to 6.5 million AUZ shares or 3.5 Million to 8.5 Million cash.
I would suggest 15 Million in cash and 5 million shares at current SP. 100% AUZ. And if AUZ ever get to a $1.00 it's only 5 Million to MLM. Otherwise MLM has screwed SH, all those LT holders that put there hard earned money into getting SCONI to were it is to only sell out on them. I believe what I have suggested is still way undervalued. AIMO DYOR.
