If milestone 1 was hit by royalty received via announcement 2 June, which was evident by the 1m+ extra expense going through the accounts at the half, I cannot see PG being involved in this. Why?

A royalty for the wand was received the board decided not to make an announcement back then 6 months ago. Why would be the question. Nothing to do with PG, this is on the board.

No one who has followed this company would have thought that the wand would be a trigger (well almost no one). Why delay telling shareholders. The excuse that a reasonable person would figure it out is a bit rich, but then I say why not disclose it the figure was materially wrong.


This I want the auditors to answer at the agm, why they allowed it being such a large figure more than 5% threshold for materiality?
