Pretty ordinary deal if you ask me.
The first $400k done at 6cps. The second $400k (the first of the Notes) done at an effective conversion price of 4cps. So the overall avge price for the $800k is 5cps. And that's without putting a value on the options.
Yes they can buy half the Notes back, but at a 30%+ premium to what they initially draw down.
I hope they are getting a good margin on these sales for Dec qtr. All IMO.
