Quite so. In the olden days, a good news announcement = SP up.

These days?
Bad news = SP hammered (severe pain)
No news = SP gradually beaten down (moderate pain)
Mediocre news = SP sideways (some pain)
Good news = SP down or sideways (a dull, aching pain)

However, I'm an optimist and think its going up after this one - I feel it in my water.
If it doesn't, I will don my hair shirt and publicly flagellate myself at the company's registered office.

Of course, it could be that this good news is already factored into the SP.
