I think this may be connected to the recent SPP. The just completed raise was perhaps a preemptive measure in anticipation of the current event. Maybe whoever was doing behind the scenes accumulation has now realised that it is better to have a cooperative relationship with the management lest they institute more anti takeover measures. Hence a formal stake sale to them. Just speculation this.
