Really hoping that this is something good. But my sense is that it is. ARL is hardly in a weak position or in need for funds.
If it's capital/equity rasising my sense is that it's at a premium and someone will take a stake in the company.
If it's a usual CR at a discount that causes the Trading halt I would be very sad. Hope ARL can do better than that
