Probably correct imo. Well control is (and always has been) a serious risk at Dempsey.
The costs may blow out considerably, now likely at least $10m (double pre drill estimate).
Not unusual in these HPHT plays.
IF they can control it, may be a ripper, my old mate gridder may even get his money back on one oiler?
Selling the 'family silver' to pay for Dempsey over-runs is not a great idea however imo, especially when CR funds are being thrown at SGC and EME at lofty valuations atm.
