VML released results of re-working feasibility study recently.
Just what you would do if you were working on raising finance to commence work on developing the Watershed Mine and bringing it into production.
Issuing more shares does not have to be part of that if the financiers are satisfied the project, in today's climate, is robust enough to support full financing.
I would welcome that if only to avoid further dilution.
