I'm a long time lurker on this stock and this is my first post on HC. I've held it for just over a year and I was lucky enough to average right down, I grabbed some at .0065 on the 18th which set me up quite nicely.
I was looking the CR in terms of dilution because some people were mentioning it, and I wanted to run the numbers and see what effect it had. And from how I view it, it truly is a drop in the ocean, I used average down calculator to demonstrate it, based on the End of day price on Monday.
I used $10,000 as the buy commission, since each buyer in the CR was only allowed to buy $5k worth and I guesstimated a worst case scenario of $100 trade fee per buyer and 100 buyers in total.
So as far as I can see the material difference this makes to us .0003 .... which is almost nothing..
Is this a fair evaluation or should I use a different base cost in the purchase price field for the original shares?
