I stated, if its not being valued at $6mill, then we are f'ed.
There would be about 800k in the bank at 30 Sept, based on expenses in cashflows.
If it's sold, LTR in my mind will revert to shell value, the going rate for shells plays are about $1.5mill EV.
Current MC is $7.922mill at 8c,
$7.922mill - $0.8mill - $1.5mill = $5.6mill.... that is the value of all LTR projects.
So yes... if they don't get at least get a combine value of $6mill. We are f'ed.
