I think it's a fair deal based on cash and CXO shares
CXO state that bulk shipments could start sooner from Bynoe. If that's the case CXO share price can go 10 bags pretty quickly.
LTR hold too many no value projects. It is stretched to give any of them due consideration. It should offload Africa. It must proceed with KV and do something with the vanadium.
I don't think management want the hassel of developing any mine. I believe they are market miners only.
If that's the case let's see LTRs share price return something for its shareholders for once.
