No I don't think so.
LTR will own 8% of CXO. The sales price will go up every time CXO shares go.
I am aware LTR thinks much more highly of KV than it did Bynoe.
Without this sale a CR was due to adequately fund further operations. This would have taken LTR over 1billion shares on issue.
Time now for LTR management to just get on with it.
