Now that KV is the main (only) game for LTR, the lack of communication about whats going on with access is ominous. The area is not exactly virgin country, with RMS having done a couple of smallish pits <4km to the SE in 2015/16. Looking at the areas they were given access to drill, they weren't given access to the outcrop areas to the SE of the Mt Mann pegmatite which happen to be adjacent to the hill that is called Mt Mann.

I'm wondering if there's some particular significance attached by the native title claimant to either the pegmatite outcrop areas or Mt Mann itself. The area is overlain by a number of listed  registered aboriginal places / other heritage places according to this:

One of the 'other heritage places' is located over Mt Mann (including over most of the outcropping pegmatite) which apparently includes: 'Artefacts / Scatter, Ceremonial, Grinding Patches / Grooves, Mythological'    

Zooming out on the map these places look relatively common in WA but given how long access has taken its looking its not a straightforward agreement.

Having said all that its interesting to look at the site on google earth and you can see the outcropping Mt Mann pegmatites clearly (just to the SE of drill hole KVRC0015) and numerous other outcrops in the area. If they can get access any time soon to put a few more holes down and come up with similar grades/intervals as previous drilling but closer to surface, this will run hard.
