Why would we need to vote for it... it's an exploration project. Not even a deposit at this point in time.
My thoughts are they would receive a combination of cash and shares... hopefully, that combination will be equate to at least ~$6mill in value, otherwise the SP is going to get f'ed hard on Friday.
