    I'm always open about holdings been around in EPT for a long time, will wait to see if a good Ann is accompanying the CR (I'm dissapointed but not suprised they held one). Idm the CR but if I see one mention of Patto I'm out of EPT absolutely hate them with a passion, don't wanna see their name anywhere near this. Long term holding with EPT has always paid dividends, we'll see the Ann I remember people saying sell in low 2's, please, stop it haha. No point speculating on tomorrow just see what happens but GL
