Given that Garry Crole was appointed a director and he seems linked with Interprac I suspect that they wanted the equity rather than cash. Garry did wonders at Diversa so I am extremely happy that he is not only a director but has a lot of skin in the game.
This is one to lock away whilst the magic from all of the units starts to take effect.
