Brad L has never been afraid of taking on big projects, but this is bigger than even Drillsearh, considering that Drillsearch basically did not manage their production facilties etc, or even the exploration really.

Wow. The amount of debt in total is now going to be over USD $200m. While the numbers seem to stack up cash flow wise, the libor + 900bps is not insignificant. What if rates were to rise even just a little....

I will continue to watch with interest.
