I hope the raising is largely to cover increased working capital requirements but capex would be okay as well. The price will be interesting. From memory Laurence Freedman has been paying 18c on market recently. It could be uncomfortable for him if this is seen as having propped up the price preparatory for the placement. No doubt he has only limited opportunities to buy due to trading windows but $18,000 here and there does not look like material orders for him.
