Trying to be shed a more optimistic view is it possible that they are looking for a large injection of cash in order to fund and take on some large projects in the immediate future?
Having institutional and/or fund backing is a tick of confidence and if this is the case, and we do get involved in some large scale projects, we will have access to large amounts of capital at the click of our fingers.
