    Hi,

    This capital raising is quite intriguing. Looks like the company is in a hurry to get to a sufficient size to bid for large contracts. The last paragraph on page 1 in 15/09 announcement for director appointment says that " - continuous progression of phoslock to a substantial global corporation" - I like the confidence expressed in that statement.
