I suppose if you want to talk about moving the goalposts, the technical capability that Strike had up until it's recent personnel changes would suggest that the quality of exploration fieldwork and assessment of results is on a different level now.
This CR lines up almost exactly with the SA funding grant timelines so I imagine that's the major impetus for its timing.
I would imagine that this will be one of the last CRs that Strike can genuinely go to market with if JAWS1 doesn't come back the goods.
