With the move to SA with SA govt blessing (ie $900k) to facilitate same, I think we can safely assume STX will get something as we now have TS. The raising would have to be to instos and/ or sophisticated investors of which there are supposedly many on this thread. No doubt they have been offered stock but at what price? Perhaps they could drop a hint?
