Disagree. I think they should just raise what they need to get them through to say June next year when arbitration is well and truly finalised. Not much point in diluting the beejesus out of current shareholders at such low prices if there is a reasonable chance of an influx of decent money out of the Mylan affair. They're already well past embarrassing.
