2 possibilities
1. They have had zero luck getting the string out of the hole and have spent most of the money. CR @1.2 or lower.
2. They got the string and all the broken junk out and a big fat fairy god mother came along and offered to invest a big pile of dough @ 6c a share.
I personally pick number one.
