    I don't see how this is legal when they continuously provide information and unrealistic expectations. They said previous CRs and cash at hand were enough to cover the entire project, plus backup incase of unexpected situations and risks. The fact that they have not even completed ONE out of FOUR wells is RIDICULOUS!!

    thats not even 25% completion rate with the total funding...???

    Last I checked we were just past half way.. so thats about 10% of work completed on the project with the total funding? lol?
