It's all down to mangement.
Mangement chose who were to drill these wells so it's on them.

There is not one thing management have said that they have completed on schedule.
Not one thing. Why would anybody in there right mind sink more money into this company until they turn things around. You think all of a sudden they will become flawless, give me a break.

In addition to that this will be a raise to get as much capital as they can, which is the only reason why this may be a small raise. They will take as much as they can, believe that.

I hope for the sake of all the punters on here that they strike oil and everyone gets an opportunity to sell out and let someone else carry the touch. You would be a total numbskull not to sell out into any decent spike.
