What is the current status of drilling programme? Are we proceeding as planned? Update on equipment?
How many shares are being issued in total and at what price?
What exactly are the funds required for ?
Is it possible they may be required for a new venture ?
All of this needs addressing and should it relate to a shortfall to continue the current drilling programme what excuses if any have been put forward by Management as to why insufficient funds were raised originally given that delays are an inevitable part of O&G and a provision should have been set aside upfront.
