Great stockmarket poker face, could this move be as basic as "guess what I'm holding in my hands?" The fact is, spudding has happened yet, and the biggest hurdle that has been mentioned so far is the success of the drilling? Which if I read correctly gave them a 50/50 chance of success by their own admission? I've liked it from the start because my greedy mind loves these type of speculations. I had previously been looking at Triangle Energy's joint venture effort in W.A, Xanadu-1, which was a similar speculative play, and the result was not in the shareholders' favour, at this stage. However, I like poker, I like the look of Mr Featherby's haircut, and that my friends may be enough to get me over the line to invest in some shares.
Deeper research will show family connections to Mr Featherby and this project. His father has something to do with this, although possibly through a different company (something on the US end?). I think Mr Featherby was also only appointed to his current position (Ex-Chair) within Magnum back in Sep 2016. My point, no-one cares if you lose money in this, as the family have been in this game for decades and seem to have a fair bit of scope in the industry. 50/50
