Really it depends on the strength of the technology validation provided or inferred by the MOU. A deal with MIN to make pencil grade graphite would obviously have much less impact that a MOU with Tesla to make battery grade graphite.
If it's battery grade and with a reputable partner I see it running very well tomorrow.
