Fingers crossed, eh?
The other thing I read into the MoU is that there are probably significant global entities taking a close look at Hazer, and perhaps we're now seeing an early move by one to secure a piece of the action ahead of the competition -- via an MoU that leaves them the ability to back out if the PPP fails to deliver, but which gives them first dibs on a formal agreement in the event of success.
Having exposure in the AFR will definitely turn a few more eyes our way too. Things are getting interesting for Hazer now.
