I've already expressed my opinion regarding TH. That the wording leaves uncertainty regarding original off-take agreement/finalization with QQ.

Whether you like it or not, the second deadline has expired. Rather than receiving said remaining funds (which does not merit a TH) , we're getting an update coming shortly regarding the transaction agreements.

To me this indicates a change, good or bad.

"Other corporate matters" may be the sweet icing at the end to reconcile the fact we did not secure final payment on DD extension date, and is ultimately what was able to give them the TH.
