I have mentioned this not too long ago and might now fit in.........

Below is an extract of Resolution 4 on page 8 of the notice for the upcoming EGM scheduled for next Monday 9 Oct 2017. When that is passed the company retains its ability to issue 15% equity under listing rule 7.1.

"The effect of Resolution 4 will be to allow the Company to issue the Options to Mr Sun
Qi during the period of three months after the Meeting (or a longer period, if allowed
by ASX), without using the Company’s 15% annual placement capacity."

I don't want to read too much into this at the moment but....I like trying to connect the dots. Maybe, just maybe, they have plans to issue the 15% equity for a serious chunk of stage 3 funding similar to the structure for stage 2 funding? 15% of 1Bn shares (post stage 2 issue) is around 150M units at 30c gives us $45M not to mention the off-take pre-payment proportional to stage 2 pre-payment.

A second cash injection is a lot of money.
