Gees there are some worry worts in here, the last time AGY entered a trading halt, what happened? A massive deal was struck with QQ. What's likely to happen again with another trading halt? Another massive deal struck.
Other considerations for a trading halt as opposed to announcement today are:
1. It draws more attention to the stock
2. It is a public holiday today, are we going to get more SP appreciation off the back of good news on a public holiday? or on a regular trading day when everyone is at work and the funds are working?
