I don't think that's the case, the rise in price was primarily because of the addition of institutional investors and the board owning nearly 40% of the company. I think it's right in the belief to say that the R and D ruling is what is holding the price back. Without that looming the approval of a mining lease apparently in production next year there'd be some punters having a punt, it's already October.
