• The directors only had eyes for the things that put cash in their pockets.
• The directors have granted themselves pay risers, free options...
• The directors ignored the NTA & ML for the Kalkaroo Copper-Gold Project, because they wanted to ride the Portia train for as long as they could
• The shareholders wanted the NTA & ML for the Kalkaroo, but the directors wanted a 'steady as you go' gold train, only earning enough for them & CMC.

Now reality has hit, so the directors will screw the shareholders again.
