Trying to piece the last few announcements together and I'm intrigued by the Pardoo acquisition, not so much the acquisition but the terms. Caeneus had to spend $250k to acquire 80% of Pardoo. They spent $75k and rather than spend the remaining $175k, the selling company accepted $175k worth of shares in CAD at 0.003 per share instead. I think that is pretty damning evidence that CAD have something spectacular. Why would the previous owners of Pardoo accept that deal??
