Honestly can't take ML's words seriously. He says that QQ was asking for more. They were going to have a 19.9% stake at 8+c. I mean realistically how much more could they be asking for. SP is currently 25.5c lol. It's more like QQ was asking for more INFO in their DD which maybe AGY could not provide.
SPP is most likely going to be revised downward but even then, until management can come out and give a good explanation as to what really happened, I doubt many would want to participate given the uncertainty.
