Think laterally. The wording is "MATERIAL capital raising". 100m shares is hardly material. At 2c this would only raise $2m, less at 1.4c. MATERIAL relates to the capital raised, not the number of shares. I think there could be something bigger in the wings. A 2nd processing plant??? Of course I might be totally wrong.
