Depending on who they bring onto the register, this is great news!! Here is a company who was struggling to attract investment capital just 12 months ago and subsequently had to run on the smell of an oily rag!!

My bet is this raise will attract institutional investors and they will have seen that the liquidity here isn’t great.

Institutions + not great liquidity = they aren’t in this for a quick turn. They are backing james’ vision of rolling this out globally and they will likely scoop up loose shares on market.

I could be wrong, but if they do place to institutions then this is a brilliant move and will definitely bring about KNMs next phase.

They will be cashed up and ready to ramp their sales efforts up massively. Also will insulate their balance sheet against bumps in the market!

Guess we will find out.
