Seems to fit with the strategic goal of becoming a global leader in the natural beauty markets. It's a large purchase for BWX, interested to see who they are buying. Mineral Fusion was about AUD$50mill and supposedly the number one natural cosmetics brand in the US.
The US is a huge market, some scale there is no bad thing.
